Shipping Policy

**Processing Time: **

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. When we received payment. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

 **Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: **

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination: -   **Standard Shipping: ** 5-7 business days –

 **Expedited Shipping: ** 2-3 business days

- **Overnight Shipping(same city): ** 1 business day (Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.)

 

**International Shipping: **

We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

**Order Tracking: **

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Return & Exchange Policy

**Lost or Delayed Shipments: **

 

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

**Returns Due to Shipping Issues: **

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

 

**Changes & Cancellations: **

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to our customer service team.
