1. Return Window (30-Day Guarantee)
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused, clean, and in resellable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons related to children’s products, we cannot accept items with any signs of use, saliva, stains, or odors.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following situations or item types are not accepted for return:
Change of Mind: Due to logistics costs, returns for “change of mind” are subject to buyer-paid return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Special Items: Clearance items, opened blind boxes, and personal care items (e.g., teethers, plush comfort toys unless still factory-sealed) cannot be returned.
Damage from Misuse: Damage caused by rough play, submersion in water, or dropping is not covered.
4. Quality Issues & Shipping Damage
We hope you enjoy playing, but if you receive a toy with a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing parts, fails to light up/make sound, severe paint flaws) or damage incurred during shipping, we sincerely apologize!
Process: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Required Evidence: To expedite processing, please provide:
Close-up photos of the damaged/defective area.
Unboxing Video (Highly Recommended): Especially for higher-value electronic toys or models.
Solution: Once verified, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or a free replacement.
5. Refund Process

Get Approval: Our customer service will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive a return address and instructions.
Ship Back: Please return the item using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing:
